Urban Vibes ... the story so far ...

Urban Vibes is Radcliffe Riverside's very own school music logoproduction company. Formed in 2005 Urban Vibes seek to highlight to the world, the amazing work carried out by our students within the Music Technology & New Media Department. Urban Vibes holds no copyright over the students work.

cameraman At Riverside, there's a wealth of musical and film making talent lurking behind every classroom door (and lots of other places too!). All students are given the chance to develop this talent by taking part in Urban Vibes productions and associated projects. Students are given training both in school, and through extra curricular activities. Under the leadership of the Music Technology & New Media department, students are able to shoot their own short films, write the script, direct the proceedings, edit the footage, produce their own music - we could go on ... suffice to say we create all projects inhouse, from concept to finished product.

Please keep a check on this area where we'll be showcasing the best talent Radcliffe Riverside has to offer.

Urban Vibes Photo Competition

A fantastic photo competition produced some fine entries. Not easy picking the award winners but it had to be done.

The winners were Hannah Cardoza (people category), Thomas Taylor (Animals), Zoe Bonney (Local Community), Patrick Kay (Land and Buildings), and Lauren Hibbert (Nature) - Lauren is not pictured above. Well done to them - and everyone else who took part - the standard was excellent
