Year 9 & 10’s had a visit from a patron of the Guide Dogs for the Blind. It was explained to them how valuable the dogs were to blind people, what they do and how they are trained. Unfortunately, Guide Dogs for the Blind don’t get any funding from the government and so have to rely on donations and sponsorship.

With that news, Radcliffe Riverside School decided to brainstorm and try to find ways that would enable us to sponsor a guide dog for the blind. All ideas gratefully received, please forward any good ideas you might have to Miss Bateman, Mrs Elmore or any of the pastoral staff. CLICK HERE for more information |

Ms Bateman took off recently with some well performing students. The now annual Ice Skating Reward Trip is for students whose attendance and punctuality is very good! Congratulations and well done to all who topped the RRS attendance polls! Another quality day out for RRS. Photos inside ...
