- THE RADIATING GEOMETRY OF THE BUILDING BOTH DRAWS THE USER TO THE CENTRE OF THE BUILDING & ALLOWS VIEWS OUT
- A COVERED CENTRAL WALKWAY CREATES EXCITING LIGHT FLEXIBLE SPACE
- YEAR GROUP BLOCKS FACING SOUTH CREATE QUALITY SPACES FOR THE STUDENTS AND OVERLOOK THE RIVER WALKWAY

- UPON REACHING THE JUNCTION WITH CHURCH STREET EAST, THE MAIN VISITOR AND STAFF ENTRANCE BECOMES PROMINENT
- CHURCH STREET EAST LEADS DIRECTLY TO THE CAR PARK WITH DROP-OFF AREAS ON BOTH SIDES OF THE ROAD OUTSIDE THE MAIN ENTRANCE
