Students benefit from the use of resources, facilities and specialist teaching areas on both school sites. Whilst the majority of the students’ school week will be on the East Campus, it is proposed to make full use of the specialist facilities on the West Campus. These may include the Science, Technology, ICT and Music areas.
Following a severe fire in 1998 many areas of the East Campus have been updated and refurbished.
Facilities on Radcliffe Riverside East Campus include:
- Five fully equipped Science laboratories together with a demonstration laboratory.

- Specialist careers library and resource centre
- Art Suite incorporating a ceramics room and photographic dark room.
- Three Information Technology rooms with networked PCs and video conferencing facilities.
- Computerised language suite.
- Design Technology workshops.
- Well equipped Food Technology area.gym
- Electronics CAD/CAM resource area.
- Well equipped Music room and practice rooms.
- Full sized Sports Hall.
- Fully equipped Gymnasium.
- All-weather pitch.
- Four tennis courts with floodlights.
- Extensive grassed areas.
- Modern and attractive dining room.
- Facilities for the physically challenged including three fully equipped toilet areas and a physiotherapy room.
Specialist facilities on Radcliffe Riverside West Campus include:
- Four fully equipped Science laboratories.
- Spacious, well equipped Design Technology workshops.
- Food Technology area, completely renovated and newly equipped within the last year.
- Three Information Technology rooms with networked PC’s linked by Broadband connection to the Internet.
- Well equipped Music room.
